What we collect

When you send the quote form we receive what you type into it: the service, level and timeframe you choose, your name, your email address, your WhatsApp number if you give one, and any project details you add. We also record the date and time of the request.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use these details to prepare your quote, reply to you and, if you go ahead, deliver the service. We don't sell your details or pass them to advertisers.

Where it goes

Your request is emailed to our team and kept in a private log on our web hosting account that is not accessible from the public website. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Your documents

Drafts and files you send us are used only to deliver the service you asked for. We don't publish, share or reuse them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Email academicpenning@mynestup.com and we'll deal with it promptly.
